Submission guidelines & FAQ

What do I need to do?

Option One – Using the online form

1.     Create a Dropbox file, clearly label the file and include your labelled images.
2.     Share the Dropbox file by sharing the Dropbox Link.
3.     Find the appropriate online formReal Weddings, Real Events or Real Experiences.
4.     Fill in the form with as much detail as possible, all photographs must be credited.
5.     Don't forget to include your Dropbox link.
6.     Click submit

Option Two – Using a download form & Dropbox

1.     Create a Dropbox file, clearly label the file and include your labelled images.
2.     Find and download the appropriate form – Real Weddings, Real Events or Real Experiences.
3.     Fill in the form with as much detail as possible, all photographs must be credited.
4.     Save your completed form into your Dropbox file
5.      Either fill out the submissions online form (and include your Dropbox Link) or email us
        directly info@theeventurer.com. Don't forget to include your Dropbox link!

Option Three – Emailing a downloadable form and zip file.

  1. Find and download the appropriate form – Real Weddings, Real Events or Real Experiences.
  2. Fill in the form with as much detail as possible.
  3. Clearly label your file and images zip your photos and completed submissions form in one file, clearly label the file and attach it to your email directed to info@theeventurer.com.au.

Images - What kind of images should I include? 

  • Quality images (no larger then 1 MB per image). 20 to 25 images 
  • Clearly titled
  • Mix of vertical and horizontal images 
  • Try to capture the event from start to finish
  • Photos must be credited.
  • Ensure photographer details are included

Will my submission definitely be shared? 
 The Eventurer is so grateful that you’ve gone to the effort to share your special occasion or experience, please don’t get offended if it doesn’t get used, there are a number of reasons it might not get chosen but we will ensure we send you an email to let you know ASAP. 


When will it be shared?
The Eventurer is constanly out and about and has so much content to share, some content might be more relevant at certain times, if you’ve submitted something and received a confirmation please be patient. We’ll try to communicate with you early on to give you an approxiament date/ month.  


Can I pay for my submission to be accepted?
the Eventurer does not accept payment for submissions. What would be the point of that? Everything that is published on the Eventurer has been carefully chosen and shared. 


Can I advertise on the The Eventurer?
Advertising space on the Eventurer is limited and advertising can only be done through invitation. The Eventurer will ensure every place, product and experiences has been triled and tested before recommend or allowing anyone to advertise on the site.
